Our prices can vary from week to week.  The prices we charge depend on which plant nursery we buy from; currency exchange rates and special discounts from the plant growers.

MAIL ORDER INSTRUCTIONS

BEFORE ORDERING

  Browse through our new plant availability list which is published on our website every Friday.

1. If you are interested in any plants, contact us via our Contact Page or on outsideinsidefish@btinternet.com .  For your convenience and, especially if you plan to order a lot of plants, please request an Order Form.  (We don't currently have this available as a download from the website, you'll have to request an order form by email)

IF YOU’RE AFTER PLANTS NOT LISTED ON THE WEEK’S LIST, PLEASE ASK AS WE CAN TRY TO SOURCE THEM FOR YOU.

TO ORDER

1. Select the plants you require and indicate quantities of each. 

PLEASE NOTE THAT SOME PLANTS ARE NOT AVAILABLE IN LARGER QUANTITIES EXCEPT BY SPECIAL ORDER.

WE DO NOT SEND SUBSTITUTE PLANTS!

2. Email your plant choices/completed order form back to us. (Ideally by Sunday evening to avoid disappointment).
3. Once ordered your plants will be reserved for you.
4. Telephone Enquiries: We are very busy at the weekends and although we will do our best to answer your queries, it is probably best to email us or wait until Monday!  We will answer emails within 24 hours of receipt.
5. We’ll email you an invoice indicating cost of plants and postage and packing.
6. Once you have received your invoice please contact us on 01620 824307 to arrange payment and delivery date.
7. Customers can pay by card (PLEASE NOTE THAT WE CANNOT ACCEPT ELECTRON OR AMERICAN EXPRESS) or cheque (PLEASE MAKE CHEQUES PAYABLE TO ‘OUTSIDEINSIDE AQUATICS’)..
8. Orders paid by card can be despatched immediately.  Orders paid by cheque will be despatched once the cheque clears.

DELIVERY

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ARE NOT SENDING ANY PLANTS BY ROYAL MAIL UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.

  We dispatch orders Monday to Thursday.  We currently send plants by Royal Mail First Class Signed For delivery. 

SAMPLE POSTAGE:

Up to 4 plants (5cm)          £3.25

5 – 6 plants (5cm)              £3.82

7 – 8 plants (5cm)              £4.48

9 – 10 plants (5cm)            £5.67

11 – 12 plants (5cm)          £6.43

Up to 15 plants (5cm)         £7.19

2. We use quality packing materials to ensure that your plants arrive in good condition.  This charge is in addition to postage.

 
SAMPLE PACKING CHARGES:

5 plants in small box            £1.25

15 plants in large box            £1.50

Our plants are sent out fully-labelled with care sheets where appropriate.

3. XXL & Mother Plants

We send these very large plants in large diameter postal tubes.  The cost of packing for one mother plant is approximately £1.85 with a postage charge of between £6.43 to £7.19.

4. CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with your plants, contact us within 24 hours so that we can resolve the matter.

5. DAMAGED OR MISSING PACKAGES

If your plants don’t arrive when expected or the package is damaged please let us know as soon as possible.
